The location was great because it was close to many different Subway entrances. The closest was Court, which was down the street. The rest were between a 10 and 15 minute walk through the neighborhood, which was great. The street has many places to eat as well.
We only had hot water on the first night and the rest of the nights we took cold showers - definitely not ideal. There were little things, such as a broken ice tray (hosts were notified the first night), no sponge to wash dishes (hosts were also notified and I was instructed to go buy one if I couldn't find one), and the furniture, particularly the dining room chairs and couch, were not the cleanest. It also smelled a bit old/musty.

Good location.
Unfortunately, there were quite a few downsides to our stay. The water pressure was very weak. The apartment looks different from the photos. The entire place is covered with a prickly carpet that had stains, and the walls were dirty. For a one-week stay, there were no garbage bags and only two rolls of toilet paper. There is also no elevator, and the stairs to the 4th floor are very narrow, which is inconvenient with luggage.
