We liked the location and the street. Although a bit loud at night.
The apartment was cozy, two bedrooms, but the beds were a bit small compare to European beds, 130 cm and 150 cm wide.
kitchen was very. well equipped.
In the street supermarkets, Nice coffee shop next to the apartment. Subways in all directions very close by.
We would definitively book it again. The owner/contact was very helpful, and replied fast questions. we couldn't find the keys, but the signs for the keybox were a bit unclear. After talking to them we got the keys.

Can't beat the location. Beautiful peaceful neighborhood. Extremely easy access to the subway. Great, comfy, home base for exploring all of Brooklyn and Manhattan. Without having to stay amongst the chaos. Check-in was extremely easy. I didn't have to contact the host for anything.
Upon arrival, the beds weren't made, and the sheets were dirty. There was hair from the previous guest in the bed. I had to wash the sheets myself. There were dirty towels from the previous guest in the bathtub. I washed those as well. Thankfully, there were plenty of spare sheets and towels which appeared to be clean.

Es war eine gute Unterkunft. Im Hausflur war es warm
Es war kalt in der Wohnung. Durch die Fenster hat es gezogen. Die Heizung lief nicht immer. Es ist sehr laut in der Wohnung.
