The resort team is not happy for private owners and booking through other companies

Location was close to Ardrossan harbor
Reception were not aware of the location of the static trailer as it was privately owned. We had to ring the owner on an international number to find out which number it was. The crockery was new but still in packing boxes . There was very little cutlery, even for the 2 of us. 1 tea spoon for example. The bedding had been washed but had blood stain and grease mark.
