Lokal przestronny, wygodny z dużym tarasem, wyposażoną kuchnią, wygodnymi łóżkami. Świetna lokalizacja pod kątem komunikacyjnym, jeśli ktoś planuje przemieszczać się autobusami. Blisko do Valetty, nawet na piechotę. Przy samym budynku Pastizzeria, więc można wyjść na śniadanko czy obiad jesli nie chce się gotować. Parę kroków dalej mały lokalny sklepik otwarty od 7 rano do późnych godzin wieczornych, zawsze można wyskoczyć najpilniejsze potrzeby.
Lokal, a właściwie penthause, mieści się w kamienicy o bardzo wąskiej i niestety nie utrzymanej w czystości klatce schodowej, z bardzo wąską windą co może stanowić również atrakcję turystyczną. W lokalu przydałoby sie naprawić kilka szuflad w komodzie sypialni.
