Welcome to this bright and modern studio apartment, perfectly located in the heart of Msida. Its central location and excellent transport connections make it easy to explore every corner of Malta while having all daily amenities just moments away.

As you step inside, you will find the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. To the left is the comfortable living space featuring a sofa bed and Smart TV, creating the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The sleeping area features a comfortable king-size bed and direct access to the private balcony through a full-height glass wall, filling the apartment with natural light and creating a bright, airy atmosphere. The balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the warm Mediterranean sunshine.

The apartment also features a modern private bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower.

With its contemporary design, practical layout, and inviting outdoor space, this studio apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and is perfect for couples, solo travelers, friends, or small families looking for comfort and convenience. Shops, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and public transport are all within easy walking distance, while Valletta, Sliema, St Julian's, the University of Malta, Mater Dei Hospital, and many of Malta's most popular attractions are just a short journey away.

Everything you need for a seamless vacation is provided, including linens, towels, washing and ironing facilities, Wi-Fi, an apartment and city guide, and complementary amenities. The fully equipped kitchen allows for self-catering and includes quality cooking equipment, a fitted oven, a large fridge, and an electric hob.

Please note, we have multiple apartments within the building across all floors. The apartments feature like-for-like layouts, furnishings, and décor.

Please note that construction work is taking place nearby, and some apartments may occasionally experience noise.

If you require the sofa bed or a baby cot to be prepared before your arrival, please let us know in advance. Usage of the sofa bed is included in the booking price, while a baby cot is available for an additional fee of EUR 50 per stay.

To access the apartment, you will need to climb stairs.

## ADDITIONAL NOTES & HOUSE RULES

* **Bedding Setup:** Usage of the sofa bed is included in your booking price. An extra folding bed is available for €20/night. A baby cot can be provided for €50 per stay. Please request these in advance.
* **Check-in:** Late check-in after 19:00 is available and subject to an additional fee depending on your arrival time.
* **Accessibility:** Please note that accessing the apartment requires climbing stairs. Kindly inform us of any specific requirements at the time of booking.
