    I had already booked from Agoda, and they demanded that we pay again. I had made the entire payment online. They called us cheaters when we refused to pay, threatened to out luggage in their room. Additionally, they did not provide clean bed sheets or pillow covers, they just whatever was already being used in another room. No wifi provided, no internet inside room, only very few rooms have heated water, out room didn't have it. If you don't speak tamil, that is a problem as well. The trouble is not worth the cost at all.
