Понравилось расположение комплекса. В любую точку куда вам нужно, выходите и 900 метров по карте. Взрослая больница, детская, рынок, магазины косметики, море, ломбарды, банки, в общем в любом направлении 900 метров, любой магазин будет. Понравилось что арендодатель вошел в положение и дал нам время для обмена денег. Оплатили на следующий день после заселения. Понравилось что достаточно места, 2 ванные комнаты.
Не понравилось что у ванной комнаты которая в спальне, сломана дверь, если ее закрыть, со стороны спальни открыть ее слишком сложно (прям с огромным трудом). На счет чистоты были вопросы, квартира не первой свежести, немного грязновата. В объявлении не указано, но под окнами находится детская начальная школа, ровно в 7 утра с понедельника по пятницу, просыпаться будете под барабаны. Ну и по мелочи для нас было дискомфортно что нет ножниц, плоских тарелок, сковородки. И в общем маловато посуды. Если кому интересно, до 13 этажа томкаты с легкостью долетают. По квартире расхаживали как хозяева, но это не минус квартиры, это для справки.

- 위치가 번화가에 있어서 좋았고, 숙소도 넓고 쾌적했습니다. - 시설을 무료로 업그레이드 해주셔서 좋았습니다. - 가격 대비 가성비가 좋습니다. - 아파트형 레지던스 공간이여서 함께 온 친구들과 편하게 즐길 수 있었습니다. - 담당자 응답도 빠르고, 친절하게 알려주십니다
- 낙후된 것이 조금 있어서 개선되면 좋을 것 같습니다. ( 문 고리, 테이블,쇼파, 주방기기 등등 )
