Location right across the beach. Walking distance. Right in the heart of the city.
The elevators were a mess though. Around 15-20 mins wait period.The check in checkout was also a lot chaotic. Although it is understandable since the building is huge with multiple different companies running together.
Would have booked a different apartment/hotel if we would have known of this chaos.
There are nice sea facing pools for everyone to enjoy.

The location is really great, you get views of the ocean and Vinpearl island directly in front.
Night market is directly below from the apartment - really great!
Was super loud at nighttime - people karaoking early in the morning at 4-6am.
And at nighttime, if there is events at the Sky Bar then it gets pretty noisy.

Location is good, easy access.
Breakfast has lots of variety and delicious. Bread is great as well as coffee.
Lobby is a bit small, rather like a shopping mall reception instead of hotel。

the webpage should indicate condotel “which runs like timeshares”
