A Wonderful Stay at Tripli Vedika Palace, Vrindavan We recently had the pleasure of staying at Tripli Vedika Palace, Vrindavan, for 5 nights and 6 days, and overall, it was an excellent experience. The location, cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality of the staff were truly commendable. The team was courteous, warm, and always ready to serve with a smile. The food deserves special appreciation. It was delicious, and the staff served it with great warmth and kindness, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would like to offer a few humble suggestions that could make the guest experience even better: 1. Dining Room Air Conditioning The dining area currently has only one AC unit, which seems insufficient for the space. Installing adequate air conditioning, ideally around 3 tons or as appropriate for the room size, would make dining much more comfortable for guests. 2. Timely Breakfast Service Breakfast is expected to be ready by 8:00 AM, but during our stay, it was generally available around 8:30 AM despite repeated requests. Ensuring that breakfast is served on time would be particularly helpful for guests planning temple visits and sightseeing. 3. A Printed Tourist Map of Vrindavan and Nearby Places This is a suggestion that could add tremendous value to the guest experience. It would be wonderful if the hotel could provide a well-designed, physical tourist map covering Vrindavan and the surrounding areas within approximately 50 km. The map could include all the major temples and important places of interest in Vrindavan, Mathura, Gokul, Govardhan, Barsana, Nandgaon, and nearby destinations, along with the distances between them and clearly marked routes. The hotel could keep a framed copy of this map in every room, allowing guests to take a photograph and keep it handy on their mobile phones. Alternatively, a small printed copy could be provided or made available at the reception for guests to carry with them while travelling. This simple initiative would help visitors plan their temple darshan efficiently, save time, and explore the region with greater ease and convenience. These suggestions are offered with genuine appreciation and in the spirit of constructive feedback. Our overall experience was excellent, and the hospitality, cleanliness, location, and delicious food deserve special recognition. With just a few thoughtful improvements, I genuinely believe Tripli Vedika Palace has the potential to become one of the finest and most guest-friendly places to stay in Vrindavan.
