    I called the half an hour before check in and requested to get a twin bed room ready as I have to get ready and leave at earliest. At time of check in there server was not working and it took 15 min. for them to alot a room and check inn and afterwards when I entered the room I get to know they had allotted me single bed room. When I returned to reception and told them I asked for twin bed they told me the room is not ready and it will take around 10 more mins. Breakfast story (when hotel was fully booked)- with only two options in buffet Aloo Paratha and puri bhaji both were cold and when we asked the only waiter present to get them freshly prepared his first reaction was "first the cold paratha and puri present in the serving containers need to be finished then only fresh one will be cooked". After that other guests asked for fresh tea he pointed them towards the already prepared one in flask they literally have to argue with him to get the fresh tea. The only good thing was that rooms were clean and well maintained plus the staff appointed for room service were polite.
