Luxe Ensuite Retreat near USC - Shared Home

No chair in the room. No clothes hangers. Small dog barking.

We booked wondering if the place actually existed because it seemed really good for the price. When we arrived, it was a great revelation. The apartment matches the photos. It is brand new and very functional. The bedrooms are spacious, and the bathroom has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped, and so is the living room. Access to the accommodation is very easy and secure. There is free parking for rental vehicles all along the street.

The only downside is the air conditioning, which is very cold, but unfortunately that’s not the owners' fault. They were great, by the way, and sent several group messages to the other residents. Unfortunately, other people’s lack of consideration can sometimes ruin someone else's hard work. Sometimes, the lack of respect for quiet hours as well. I don't think it's that hard to keep quiet between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. If you plan to stay in this apartment—which is great for your vacation—please show a minimum of respect for others. Thank you to the owners, and all the best for the future. This apartment has great potential—it would be a shame to ruin it because of bad residents.

It is a very spacious apartment. If you are not comfortable with having g roommates you will live a a room. Which they happen to be spacious.

It is hard to find parking in the late hours, so be prepared to hunt.

Close to public transportation and very quiet outside

Cleanliness. Garbage inside and outside. Smell and flies
