Modern Private Room in Shared Home -Walk to USC

I was very pleased with the Location. I was pleased with the Cleanliness of the UNIT and especially the availability of the washer and dryer. I was especially pleased with the Private Bathroom.

I did not like other GUESTS who were not aware of the fact that the kitchen and TV viewing area were to be SHARED. Every morning I found the Kitchen Littered with empty dishes and the table area full of empty beer cans and wine bottles. This happened every morning of my 14 days. I purchased dishes for my own use as I felt the dishes would not be sanitized properly. Most disturbing was finding someone sleeping on the couch every morning. Security Cameras installed in the SHARED area would most certainly show the STAFF what is happening. I was out on business all day so I NEVER encountered anyone Monitoring the property. I feel regular visits would be helpful if Security Cameras are not an option.

The convenience to the area where I had business. Restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Loved having a washer and dryer available.

Sadly the other guests didn't understand the SHARED kitchen concept. Many nights the volume on the TV was extremely loud accompanied with load voices and doors being slammed.

I love that it was modern and very clean in the ROOMS.

The fridge and kitchen was full of old foods and junk

La cama y la habitación en si son muy cómodas y el apartamento también, tiene calefacción y se puede hacer uso de la lavadora secadora sin gasto adicional, puedes cocinar y hay menaje para ello En la habitación todo estaba bastante nuevo

La limpieza, hacen que no limpian en profundidad no se desde cuando debajo de la cama había un mundo, creo que se limitan a cambiar las sabanas como mucho, hay una habitación que se alquila a través de asuntos sociales y es una lotería. Cuando llegamos la chica que estaba en esa habitación tenia la cocina que daba miedo el fregadero que no tragaba y el aspecto que prefiero no describirlo, en la nevera había un ecosistema y todo en general estaba bastante sucio allí nadie va a limpiar en ningún momento y estuvimos bastantes días, tuvimos que limpiar nosotras todo para medianamente vivir. El cuarto de baño de nuestra habitación tenia la pega de que el agua no sale caliente sale templada se lo comunicaba a los del alojamiento pero caso omiso allí no apareció nadie se limitaron en decirme que la instalación estaba al revés. El apartamento son 4 habitaciones en general esta bien si te toca gente decente eso si la atención del alojamiento es absolutamente nula y la limpieza por su parte mas nula. En cuanto la ubicación en los angeles las distancias son muy grandes, si quieres ir a cualquier punto de interés de la ciudad ten en cuenta que mínimo es 1h de viaje y alrededor no hay nada así que la ubicación no es nada buena
