Villa Nemesio & Linsday 3

Villa Nemesio & Linsday 3 located at 2642 Luke Drive, Ellenwood, GA (Atlanta GA) is a house renting out a room. It is exceptional in price, value, and amenities.

The location seems to take a while to reach fighting through Atlanta traffic. Ellenwood seems to be far away from central Atlanta and there seems to be minimal services like restaurants, shopping...as it is a residential area. Also need to contact owner by text which took a while as my cellphone was new. However once contact was made, the place was not lacking.

the host was compromising.

The house smelled strongly of smoke, and we saw roaches during our stay. For the price we paid for five days, I didn't feel it was worth the cost. The neighborhood was okay, but it still seemed like it was in the process of improving. The listing stated that the kitchen wasn't available for guest use, although the host did allow us to use it, which I appreciated. The bathroom was also missing some fixtures or pieces in certain areas. Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations for the price.
