About this campground/ rv resort rental

****There is a 170 pound weight limit due to the manufacturer bathtub water drain****.

You can book if you weigh more than 170 pounds if you agree to can shower for example at a local gym, like planet fitness less than 2 miles away.

There is a kitchen with gas stove top, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, coffeemaker, toaster, coffee, condiments.

Dishes, coffee cups, glassware, silverware, frying pan.

Cleaning supplies.

There is a bathroom with a toilet.


****If the bathtub drain requires that the drain be replaced during any guests stay, the guest will be charged $300 RV technician service fee for the repair.******

There is 1 queen size bed.

1 bunk bed with 2 camper size twin beds. Plus an added bonus of a 4 person seating dinette area that is multipurpose and transforms into a double size bed suited for 1 or 2 guests.

There is air conditioning and heat.

All bed linen including sheets, towels, blankets, pillows are provided.

Our NEW Amerilite, 2019, 19 foot camper is nestled in the rear of a main home in a fenced in backyard.

Vine City is an historic piece of American history. Dr. MLK lived 2 blocks away.

The property is located in a diverse population group.

If you are fearful or racist please don't book.!

There is a kitchen with stove top, microwave refrigerator, and coffeemaker.

Dishes, glassware, silverware, frying pan.

There is a bathroom with a toilet.

There is 1 queen size bed with new 4 inch gel memory foam mattress topper.

1 bunk bed with 2 camper size twin beds. Plus an added bonus of a 4 person seating dinette area that is multipurpose and transforms into a double size bed suited for 1 or 2 guests.

There is air conditioning and heat.

MLK walked these streets and Ambassador Andrew Young's family lived just blocks away also in Vine City. Atlanta has committed $500M in public and
$500M in private funds for revitalization and we are so excited to see new bike paths etc.

$2.4M invested by the City of Atlanta to renovate the JFK park directly across the street from the property with a world class soccer field.

Dr. MLK and his wife Coretta Scott King lived just 2 blocks away in a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home with 3,631 sq.ft and raised their young family in 1965.

Dr. King lived here when he was assasinated on April 4, 1968.

Robert F. Kennedy and wife Ethel, Nixon, Jaqueline Kennedy all visited Mrs. King at this family home just 4 days later for Dr. King's funeral.

The National Park Service has purchased the property and eventually it will open for tours.

You can simply walk from here 2 blocks to view the home, take photos and actually experience where Dr. King wrote many speeches, met with Civil Rights leaders and where all of his children were raised.

Coretta Scott King lived in the home until 2004.

Perfect stay, this little trailer had everything anyone could need. Dr. M was an extraordinary host and ensured I was always comfortable.

Great space for a weekend getaway but the toilet floor needs new sub flooring. Refrigerator freezer came in handy as you basically had to eat out of the microwave. Location was sketchy. All and all, I would stay again.
