Sunrise Bay Retreat

An unforgettable stay in Kefalonia. The house is beautiful, modern, and full of charm, with everything brand new and designed with great care and attention to detail. The host was absolutely wonderful — her warmth, hospitality, and treats (including homemade treats :) ) made us feel truly welcome and added such a special personal touch to our experience. The view from the house is simply amazing. We loved having three different balconies/terraces to relax in, each with comfortable spaces to sit and enjoy the breathtaking sea views. We loved the beach right below the house and the beautiful beaches nearby. Also, the location was a great base to explore the peninsula, enjoy a wine tasting at Haritatos, and spend lovely evenings strolling and having a drink in Lixouri. AND it has its own shaded parking right in front! We couldn’t have asked for more :)

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Katerina greeted us upon arrival and kindly arranged an early check-in on short notice, making us feel welcome from the very beginning. Throughout our stay, she was incredibly thoughtful and hospitable, treating us to delicious local products and homemade delicacies that added a truly personal touch to the experience. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered breathtaking views that made every morning special. One of the highlights was the stunning beach just 20 meters away—perfect for a relaxing swim or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The entire area has a unique and tranquil atmosphere, making it an ideal destination for anyone looking to unwind and escape the crowds. We highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again. We will come back for sure!
