Lovely appartment with a shared pool and a small private beach and a wonderful balcony overlooking the sea

35 min walk to the main town for places to eat

Vriendelijke ontvangst, mooie en rustige ligging, dagelijkse schoonmaak, eigenaars brachten regelmatig zelfgemaakt eten als verassing.

Tegenvallen niet, maar eerder opmerkingen: Het zwembad mag wat meer onderhouden worden. De keuken is aan vernieuwing toe (kasten ruiken echt muf van ouderdom en vocht) De bedden zijn comfortabel, maar smal

Spiros was really welcoming when we arrived late in the evening. His mum had even so kindly prepared a moussaka for all of us! The villa is clean, comfortable and has lots of equipment in the kitchen. The location is easy for the town (allow 30 mins to walk to the restaurants/ferries; 2 mins to the local beach with a taverna) and there is plenty of space for car parking. Views are stunning! There is plenty of sun and shade and the loungers are very comfortable. Lots of cats around who are so friendly and well behaved. Cleaners came daily and maintained to a very high standard with towels for house, beach and pool. Overall it was extremely good value for the price we paid, and we would definitely come again

To be aware - there is just one shower and aircon in the smallest room is a portable unit which is loud when you are sleeping.

The host Spyro contact me immediately when i reserved the Villa, and met us when we arrived and helped us with the luggage. We also met his father -a very nice and interesting man. We found a welcome Moussaka in the fridge. The place is very clean and they even change the sheets everyday. The view from the balcony is great. Nature .Trees and the sound of Greece.. also of course the sea with sunrise and at dark you can see the lights of Agrostoli. The beach is 5 minutes walk with nice taverna. The village itself is beautiful and we made our walks there. Lixouri is very close for supermarket and lots of restaurants and a great patisserie. We for sure want to come back(:

We wished for 2 showers.. but there are 2 toilets and the bathroom was modern and beautiful.. so not really a big problem.
