The location is absolutely magical - just a few steps from the lake, with a beautiful waterfall literally in the backyard. It’s a charming historic house with shared facilities, full of character and surrounded by nature.
A special thank you to the wonderful Georgia and her family for their warm hospitality. Having ducks and geese wandering around the property adds to the feeling of being in a little countryside idyll.
And a very special thank you for the delicious ginger tea - such a lovely and thoughtful touch! We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.
The cabins were clean and cosy, with fresh, new bed linen. The shared areas were exceptionally clean as well. You can also bring your own BBQ, which is a lovely bonus.
