Welcome to this romantic getaway

Cute place with a bedroon, kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped for a small place, and there was coffee and tea in the kitchen. Comfortable king size bed. The packs of slippers are a very nice touch. The private entrance has a nice outdoor space.

Would have liked more trash bags because I was cooking.

Everything was great

The host was extremely accommodating. My boyfriend and I were celebrating his birthday and originally were only going to stay one night but I was able to get an additional day off so I wanted to add a night. I messaged the host & they immediately messaged back and told me that I could extend my stay. They were concise with the necessary information and quick to respond to any of my questions. The location was perfect for what we were looking for; 10 minutes from downtown Sarasota, about 15 from the UTC. The studio itself was so cute and just the right size for just us two, the king sized bed was a plus! They had a good amount of toiletries in case you forgot anything. And also a fully loaded kitchen if you would like to cook a nice meal, which we opted out of since we had dinner reservations downtown both nights. Still was nice to know that was an option. All in all 10/10 for what we were looking for. Smaller space but definitely a perfect little romantic getaway.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property, but some people might be put off that it is attached to a larger home. It wasn’t an issue for us, as it had its own entrance on the side & there was little to no noise from the front side of the house.
