This lovely condo is fully furnished and well equipped, it is 428 sq. ft. and will be perfect to enjoy your stay in Sarasota!
It features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a terrace, a kitchen and a cozy living room with a pool view.
** THE MEADOWS GOLF: Please note, golf course is not currently open to tenants **

Enter the condo directly into the luminous living room with large sliding windows that open to the paved patio.
It features a brown couch and an arm chair, a glass coffee table, lamps, and a smart TV.
★Kitchen:
Pods and trash bags provided to start you off.
The open-plan kitchen was recently renovated and features a fridge, stove, microwave, water kettle and cooking + eating utensils (there is no dishwasher and no oven).
The bar can seat 2 guests for meals or can be used as a work space.
★Bedroom:
Bedsheets provided.
The bedroom features a king-size bed, 2 night stands with lamps, a desk with a chair and a large window.
★Bathroom:
The renovated en-suite bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.
★Laundry:
The washer & dryer are located in a closet next to the kitchen.
★Pool:
Residents and guests can enjoy the communal pool. Please note that pool temperature may vary depending on outdoor conditions, and during colder weather, it may not always reach the desired setting. The pool is heated seasonally in accordance with Homeowners Association guidelines. Guests are kindly asked to follow all HOA pool rules, including posted hours of operation.
★Outdoor Space
The lovely terrace is great to enjoy the beautiful Floridian weather. There are 2 outdoor chairs for your convenience.
★Parking:
You can park your car on the designated parking for the residence (outdoor parking, no carport).

The Meadows community is known for its scenic trails, which are perfect for walking, biking, and bird watching. For those seeking additional recreational options, the prestigious Meadows Country Club offers a separate membership that includes an 18-hole golf course, 18 Har-Tru tennis courts, a lap pool, dining options, and a variety of social events.
**Please note that these memberships are not currently open to tenants. Alternatively, Bobby Jones Golf Course is conveniently located just 2 miles from the condo, offering easy access to a premier golfing experience!**

Downtown Sarasota is a 15 min drive. Lido Key and Siesta Key are a 25 min drive.
★ High Season Booking Policy (January 1 – March 31)
This rental is available by calendar month only, with check-in on the 1st of the month. Guests may book 1, 2, or more consecutive calendar months. Thank you for your understanding!
★Additional Info:
This rental is subject to Homeowners Association (HOA) approval, which may take up to one week.
Please note that the HOA application fee is not included in the booking total. For U.S. applicants, the fee is currently $50 for a single applicant, $65 for a married couple, and $96 for two unmarried co-applicants.
Fees for international applicants are higher. All amounts are subject to change.
★Important Notes & Rules:
- No pets allowed per the HOA rules
- No trucks, no commercial vehicle, no motorcycles - per the HOA rules
- No parties, non smoking
- Ac cannot be lower than 70 F and heat cannot be higher than 77 F - Don't leave doors/windows open when AC/Heat is running

Very quiet peaceful place. Great walking paths. We did have a bad experience with a staff member at the gym on the very first day. Which was unfortunate as we looked forward to using the facility during our stay. We chose not to go back after this. * Newer bath towels would have been nice. And a light blanket for cold nights- there were a couple while we were there and actually used our car blanket. Overall it was a very nice place to stay.

This rental may be small but it has everything that you need. Furnishings are updated and comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom are updated as well. While there is no oven, the microwave does convection cooking. I did try that but would have felt better if there was a manual to go by.
The location is great - near UTC as well as Benderson Park. There are also trails to walk right outside the door.
We chose this for the price and location and were very happy with it.
