La proximité du centre ville, le calme du quartier. La discrétion des propriétaires. Le parking devant la porte. La salle de bains avec seche-linge et lave-linge.
Le matelas est très mou. Le canapé envahi la seule pièce de vie et la grosse table basse est trop grande aussi. C’est correct pour 1 nuit ou 2 s'il fait beau, mais trop à l'étroit en hiver. Il n'y a pas de bol pour le petit-déjeuner hélas, juste des mugs. Il manque 1 paire de ciseaux de cuisine, pièce aveugle (pas de fenêtre comme dans la salle-de-bain).

Sleeping as a couple in Sofa bed was not that comfy, perhaps owner should add a thin mattress to fill the gaps and wedges.
