We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better host. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly warm and welcoming, taking the time to show us around the apartment and explain how everything worked. She was so friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. The apartment itself is beautiful — modern, stylish, spotlessly clean and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen is gorgeous, the bathroom is lovely, and waking up with the sea view from the bed was a real highlight. The location was also perfect, making it an ideal base for our stay. The rooftop terrace was the absolute icing on the cake, especially with the hot tub. It’s such a beautiful space to relax and enjoy the views, and definitely something that made the stay feel extra special. What really stood out, though, was how caring and supportive our host was when I unexpectedly fell ill during our stay. She genuinely went above and beyond to help both myself and my partner, doing everything she could to make a difficult situation a little easier for us. That level of kindness and thoughtfulness meant a great deal to us and is something we won’t forget. We genuinely couldn’t fault our experience. The apartment, location and facilities were fantastic, but the warmth and care from our host made the stay even more memorable. We would absolutely love to return and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this beautiful apartment to anyone looking for a special place to stay. ❤️

Some places are beautiful, but very few make you feel at home the moment you arrive. This was one of those rare places. From the moment we checked in, our host went above and beyond. We arrived late on a Saturday evening, yet we were welcomed with genuine warmth, shown around the house, and immediately felt cared for. It felt like visiting a friend rather than checking into an Airbnb. The townhouse is absolutely stunning—brand new, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, milk steamer and toaster, to the incredibly comfortable bed and perfectly automated air conditioning. But the true highlight was the rooftop terrace. Waking up with a coffee overlooking the sparkling sea, relaxing in the modern jacuzzi morning and evening, taking an outdoor shower while enjoying the sea breeze, and listening to live music drifting over from the nearby waterfront restaurant… it honestly felt magical. Just a few steps from the house is a peaceful little beach used mostly by locals. No crowded sunbeds, no noise—just crystal-clear water and the most relaxing atmosphere. On calm days, we simply put on our bathrobes and walked less than a minute from the front door straight into the sea. It was one of those simple moments that we’ll never forget. Even though you’re only a short walk from Chania’s beautiful Old Town and Venetian Harbour, Koum Kapi feels peaceful and authentic. It really offers the best of both worlds. My husband and I often said this felt like our second honeymoon. It was a week filled with beautiful mornings, unforgettable sunsets, and complete relaxation. Every single euro was worth it, and without a doubt, we’ll be coming back next year. Thank you for giving us memories we’ll treasure forever. ❤️
