All I can say is amazing! 1st of all, Loanna was so warm and accommodating. She communicates clearly and quickly. Great host! Secondly, the home was easy to find and provided a very very important amenity: a reserved parking spot which helped so much! Thirdly, the pictures are very accurate — the view is mesmerizing from the lower and upper floor where the hot tub is located. Huge waves the day after our arrival which was neat. Then nothing but sun and 75 since October is Crete’s summer. Beautiful and the crowds were noticeably smaller which is a huge plus in my opinion. Fourthly, location was perfect! Right on the water, near to enjoyable cafes, and only a 10 minute walk to old town Chania! There is an amazing (a bit on the expensive side) restaurant right on the water to the right in the old Tannery district (15 minute walk?) which provides a breathtaking sunset view over Chania! Check your maps as you pass several other restaurants without that view and this one is not on the cliff — right on the water. Fifthly, Loanna’s place is clean, full equipped and technologically up to date so that it is completely safe and locked down … even though we felt no nervousness about Crete and Chania at all.

This place was perfect for us as a couple. The location is amazing, open the morning on a big window, view to the sea from the bed. Beautiful balcony, roof top with hot tub, the house I very clean, new, everything was great. Besides of that, the host was warm, took care of us for everything we needed, absolutely great, will come back.

Everything. My friend and I absolutely loved our stay. Ioanna is the most fantastic and welcoming host, so kind and helpful at all times. The location is quiet and perfect, just by the beach and 10 minutes walking distance to the old town and other turistic points. There are plenty of great restaurants, shops and cafes just next to the property. The property is completely new and modern, super clean and has everything for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. High quality amenities and the shower pressure is top notch. The roof terrace is a gem together with the jacuzzi. The views from there are breathtaking. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Thank you Ioana for a memorable stay, we would love to come back again!

Everything was lovely - the host Ioanna was responsive and super friendly and informative. The space itself was clean, spacious and finished to such a high standard with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The roof terrace and hot tub really make this place special! The location is ideal - a 5 minute walk to the harbour and old town but far enough away from the business, with plenty of local bars, restaurants and cafes to explore.
