The property was spacious and had everything you need for a traveling family, including a washer drier. The kitchen was well equipped too. There was plenty of storage as well. There were seven of us and we all fitted comfortably for a 6 nights stay. The bus is right by the property and it goes straight to downtown Reykjavik. There was plenty of parking space for our two rental cars too.
It would have been helpful to have a handbook for how some of the appliances worked. It would have also been better if the extra pull out bed had been placed in the larger room opposite the full bathroom instead of the front room, which was much smaller.
