Reservation, check in and check out were easy. Great to have shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Towels were plentiful. Air conditioning worked well.

The door was difficult to unlock and open. There was a huge gap at the threshold under the door and I worried about bugs all night. The bathroom wall behind the door was dirty.

When arriving no one was there to answer my call or check me in . I was getting very frustrated that I was waiting in the lobby for over 15 minutes to know the check-in person left to run an errand. Also breakfast is the WORST. Waffle mix tastes spoiled . No variety in breakfast.
