Perfect location, fully equipped and convenient, everything created for a comfortable stay.
Cleanliness should be improved (especially windows, mirrors, but also in general). Beds were uncomfortable. All this is a pity as the apartment has everything to become a 10-rated lodging.

Easy communication with host. The location is excellent, close to everything but without all the noise and buzz. The apartment is the right size and well-equipped, it has everything for a comfortable stay.
The apartment is a bit worn-down which is a pity as with a few fixes and paying a bit more attention it could be easily become a top rated lodging. The beds are really uncomfortable (my bad for not checking the bed rating before booking the place). The apartment was not dirty but neither properly cleaned. The curtains were dirty with stains (seems coffee or some other drink was spilt on them) and I needed to wipe clean the windows and the mirror to actually be able to see through / see my reflection. As said, all these could be easily fixed.
The apartment is well-equipped, we just missed a bath-mat when stepping out from the bath tub.
