El aspecto de entrada de la vivienda era un poco dejado aunque limpio. Las instrucciones que nos dieron para entrar no eran las correctas y ni se disculparon. El menaje de la vivienda, pobre. La comunicación con la inmobiliaria, escasa y a veces ni contestaban

W obiekcie najlepsza była tylko lokalizacja, cicha, spokojna okolica. Strefa parkowania niebieska pn-pt, 9-17ta.
Usterki: uszkodzony mały czarny stolik (blat i noga stolika), wyrwane gniazdko obok lustra w łazience, nie przykręcona klapa do sedesu, ściany z ubytkami farby. Nieprzyjemny zapach na korytarzu, który czuć również na mieszkaniu (stara śmierdząca kamienica) oraz brak telewizora. Bardzo miękkie materace przez które czuć rurki (stelaż) łóżka.
