Decorated to a very high spec throughout. Ample parking for 5 vehicles (2 of which were camper vans). Nice views of the surrounding countryside.

Location was about 0.6 mile from town centre, down a very steep hill, half of it not paved. A pity there was not an off road path over the surrounding property to a footpath located lower down the hill.
