Добро местоположение на 10-15 минути от центърът на Априлци. Много хубава гледка към Централен Балкан от терасита на стаите. Ясно се очертава връх Марагедик. Наличие на басейн, макар и малък.
Добре е да се сложат климатици на стаите. Въпреки, че Априлци е в планинска част, през деня, особено след обед става досата горещо и стаите имат нужда от охлаждане. Може да се подобри качестжото на храната в кухнята и разнообразието на закуската. Недопустимо е да предлагаш бъркани яйца на закуска и към тях да не се полага хляб.Трябва да помислят и за затопляне на водата в басейна.
