From start to finish Joyce made this such a smooth and comfortable experience. Any bumps in the road which came up, she helped me navigate with patience and professionalism. Both her and the house manager are truly kind and caring people. And the room was absolutely beautiful, very spacious and comfortable. Will definitely be coming back 😊
