I had a wonderful experience staying at Heartbeat Haven City Centre in Dar es Salaam. The entire place was exceptionally clean, and the environment was incredibly soothing and well-maintained. The rooms are in excellent condition, and the strong, reliable Wi-Fi was a huge plus! The hospitality here is unmatched. The owner provided exemplary service and was incredibly attentive, always checking in to ensure our safety and see how our day was going. A special shoutout goes to John, the caretaker. John is exactly the kind of person you dream of interacting with every day. He was always there whenever we needed anything, and his response time was incredibly fast and helpful. If Dar es Salaam is your destination, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Give it a try, and I promise you will agree with me!

The rooms and surrounding environment are clean, comfortable, and beautifully suited for a relaxing stay. Everything was in perfect working condition, including the strong Wi-Fi. ​What really sets this place apart is the incredible service. The owner’s hospitality was exemplary, always showing genuine care for our whereabouts and making sure we were comfortable. John, the caretaker, was absolute perfection. He is someone you dream of meeting every day always available, attentive, and ready to help the moment he is called. ​I recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Dar es Salaam.
