Kein Parkplatz, ständige Suche nach dem freiem Parkplatz. Abends nach dem Strand - müde und erschöpft musste noch stundenlang ein Parkplatz suchen 🔍 Frühstück war - entweder oder - sehr mager - dafür aber aufs Zimmer gebracht.

### Eden Garden Boutique Stay — 9/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a fantastic stay at Eden Garden Boutique Stay and would definitely stay here again. I have to admit, I was a little sceptical about booking because the property was new to Booking.com and had no previous reviews, but we decided to take a chance — and I’m so glad we did! The apartment was **modern, exceptionally clean, beautifully presented and in a great location**. It was also excellent value for money. Everything felt fresh and well looked after, and the apartment had a lovely clean smell when we arrived. The TV options were also fantastic, and we were even able to watch a very recent movie, which was a lovely bonus. The owners were incredibly friendly, accommodating and helpful, which made our stay even better. There were a couple of very minor things that I would put down to **new-property teething issues** rather than genuine faults. As the apartment is newly opened, there weren't initially any cups or glasses available. Also, the code used to enter the building was the same as the code for our apartment. We were told this would be disabled once we used our entrance card, but this didn't happen until the second day. From a security perspective, I would hope this is something that will be rectified going forward. However, given that the property is new, I wouldn't hold this against the owners. The breakfast could also benefit from a little more variety, but again, this didn't detract significantly from our overall experience. Overall, we were **really impressed with Eden Garden Boutique Stay**. For a new property, it has already made a fantastic impression. It's modern, clean, comfortable, well located and great value for money, with lovely and accommodating owners. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others. **9/10 — a fantastic stay!** 🌟
