The room was beautiful, well designed, lots of space and a super comfortable bed.

Finding the property is very difficult, there was someone else lost on the street at the same time as us trying to find the same apartments. They do send you a message the day before with directions on booking but of course I didn't see it. The entrance to the building which is still under construction is through an open doorway down a sketchy looking side street, and there's no signage when you walk in, so even though I actually walked into here when I was lost still trying to find the entrance I walked straight back out as there's nothing to tell you it's the right place. There is no reception desk or people on site so you have to contact customer service if you need anything or have trouble checking in which we did. The payment system needs improving - like every booking on this platform you enter your card details and you get the message confirming your payment is guaranteed and the property will take payment anytime until your check-in which you assume means it's paid and they'll process it. So you don't think about it again. Boy was I wrong! The day before check-in you have to contact them, tell them if you want to pay cash or card, if it's by card they'll send you a manual payment link. And only once you've done this will they send you the codes to enter the apartment door. Now had I known this beforehand I would've spent our 4 hour journey doing this, instead we turned up to the property, spent 30 minutes trying to find the entrance, then found the message on booking with access instructions and a door code. We thought that was it, but the code only gets you into the lobby, not the room. So another 45 minutes back and forth trying to get someone to pick up the phone or reply on WhatsApp to then send us the link just so we could get inside. Such a complicated system for no apparent reason. And after a long day travelling, the last thing you want to be doing in the heat.

I had an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! For the price I paid, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my stay. As a solo female traveller, I felt incredibly safe throughout my visit, which was one of the most important things for me. The staff were fantastic—very communicative, responsive, and always happy to help whenever I had a question. The location was great, check-in was smooth, and the apartment was exactly as described. It was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the property and making guests feel welcome. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone, especially solo travellers looking for a safe, comfortable, and great-value place to stay.
