Andrea is very nice, helpful, organised. The place is spotless, all new and you have a beautiful view around. There is a lift, a terrasse, solar panels around. Some health practitioners / yoga teacher work in the building. You can park along the building. If you travel with a kid, she / he'll be interested by a visit of the hen areas nearby, behaving with their owner like lovely pets... Across the street you'll find 2 or 3 stores with everything you can imagine you need. You can reach the historic village center walking a few minutes: there you'll find restaurants, shops and a tourist information office ready to help you make the most of your stay. Around are hikes, lakes, swimming pools and lots of local places to visit, from churches to (Ludwig II's) castles. And concerts for those who like music and other activities. You are also not far from Austria.

I could not say. You feel really part of the village life there and with choices for a nice holiday time.
