New Modern Villa Niki Medulin, near the beach by Istrabook

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Vila Niki in Medulin! The apartment was spotless, new, modern, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. The location was perfect—peaceful and relaxing, yet only up to 15 min walk from house to the beach, restaurants, and marina The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel like at home from the very first day. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the cleanliness and comfort to the beautiful atmosphere. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend Vila Niki to anyone visiting Medulin.

One thing we didn’t realise before arriving was that the house consists of four separate apartments, each with its own private entrance. We had initially thought that the four bedrooms were all part of one shared house, but in fact there are two rental apartments, another apartment occupied by a family from Slovenia, and the owners live in a separate basement apartment. Each apartment has two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The layout provides plenty of privacy while still creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.
