Kind host who lives next door, so he's available if needed and he's active on phone as well. The welcome drinks are a nice gesture. The building is not centrally located, but the promenade, shops and restaurants are in a walking distance (10-20min). We always went to more distant beaches (Kamenjak), so we drove mostly anyway. The apartment is as shown in the pictures, good value for money. Some things are older than others, but nothing dealbreaker. Mosquito nets on the windows would be nice though.
