Outside our room smelled like a sewer. Across the room is pickle ball and it’s loud late at night. Pickle ball customers parking on the road to your room makes it very dangerous to scratch a car or drive in the sewerage ditch. Rooms do not have blankets and the beds are not connected to headboard so it bangs all night. Mattress was good and hot water. Restroom had a big cockroach.

dated, unorganized management, and the room has the smell of old mattress. The staff are nice and it’s not their fault that they are just few on shift. Each staff didn’t know if we had breakfast included. We were asked 5x and even asked for payment for the breakfast. They don’t know how to coordinate or send a list of staff with breakfast included. Nonexistent guard or lobby personnel. Looked like a ghost town. The property is too big but doesn’t have an intercom system or the number of the staff is not found inside the room. You are basically renting a room and that’s it. Cannot suggest for someone with rhinitis because you will immediately sense that the mattress is dusty. The sheets are clean, the toilet is very clean! The bed just needs to be vacuumed perhaps? Too noisy if you’re located near the pickleball area. Be prepared for late night games with mic on. Enough parking. Wifi signal is not stable inside the rooms. The bathroom drain has the smell of a nearby septic tank. Please please maintain your property, it has so much potential but most the staff are not trained enough for proper hospitality.
