    The location was ok and the aircon was very cold, but we were given a room on the 3rd floor which was challenging as it had steep steps. The staff were indifferent and did not seem trained to attend to hostel guests. The worst part was the shower head which was so clogged with hard water deposits that water only came out of one tiny nozzle. We informed the staff but they just shrugged -- did not offer to fix the shower or provide us with another room with a working shower. We decided to just leave as soon as we can.

    The place is accessible, room is clean, staff are courteous and accommodating, however on facilities, the lavatory in the bath room is clogging, needs repair or replacement.

    Yung family room kasi ang liit tapos hindi maganda yung CR na nakuha namin kaya kumuha kami ng connecting room nagpapalit nalang kami at nagbayad ng extra super spacious dalwa ang cr medyo ok naganaman naman hot and cold pero ang wifi hindi naman abot sa room. Pero over all relaxing mura naman yung hotel at may pool pa sila don

    The walls are thin I can hear everyone passing by the hallway. No signal for Globe and Smart and the wifi doesn't reach our rooms. Accomodating and kind staff. The pool are okay but most shower rooms and CRs near the pool are not clean or door is broken.
