The staff was perfect in their work. Very polite and friendly. And very cooperative in resolving all unexpected questions and requests.
We somehow had a mismatch at the airport pick-up with a pick-up time difference of almost 1-1.5 hours (not the fault of the hotel). But the staff came back from the hotel once again to the airport to pick us. My all respect for their endeavors.
If you plan beforehand with a look at details, there should not be anything you dont like.

Lo primero el personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Muy buena ubicación para moverte por Pekín. Camas muy cómodas incluso el sillón cama para los niños. Habitaciones amplias

È un hotel fuori dai generis, difficile da confrontare con altri. Ad ogni modo, la camera era moderna, un po' pacchiana ma ampia e pulita e il letto comodo. Lo staff molto gentile e premuroso.
Il responsabile ci ha offerto anche il servizio lavanderia e il transfer gratuito fino all'aeroporto.
Non è un hotel come ce lo si potrebbe aspettare. Ci sono delle camere al 14o piano di un centro commerciale non particolarmente di pregio. C'è poca flessibilità con la colazione perché non c'è una scelta vera e propria (sandwich oppure porridge e youtiao) e la portano in camera all'orario concordato. Il bagno non ha un ambiente separato, quindi non c'è privacy quando si esce dalla doccia.
Il servizio lavanderia che ci è stato offerto non prevedeva l'asciugatura e abbiamo dovuto stendere i panni alla bene e meglio in camera.
