The host was amazing. He took care of us so well. Professional yet warm. We arrived while it was raining and we were escorted with umbrellas. The room had a fireplace so we put that to good use. A generous breakie.
Our fireplace was out of gas but the maintenance guy was quickly called in to sort the issue.

The tents were great, jacuzzi lovely and outdoor shower. Very comfy beds and clean. Extra care fkr the special borthday request.
Some of the staff were too casual even sleeping on the couches and coming to take orders from us while wrapped in blankets. Roads must be better communicated here on booking.com and more lights added for the night pathway back to the rooms.
