A unique experience. The owners have thought of everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible. All the finishing touches are made of natural materials, right down to use of the sink, which requires pumping water. It’s perfect for a 2 or 3 night stay to experience living in a basic way. The double bed is very comfortable and there’s additional sleeping beds for two older children. Crockery and plates are provided which you can use for tinned/dry foods/salads etc. For hot meals you’d have to go into town and eat in a restaurant. The owners also provide a continental style breakfast or if you bring your own cereal/food, you can still order a pot of coffee for the next day. Shower facilities are available nearby in the main house. The grounds are stunning and the treehouse is set in a beautiful forest, which is perfect for walks. Guests can also use the covered pool.
