This house is located on the banks of the harbor of Brest (20 minutes from Brest), in a town in the park of Armorica, on the line Brest Quimper at the entrance of the peninsula of Crozon. The house is located on a dead end street 150m from the beach, small pebble beach with a family atmosphere, pleasant for swimming. It is an ideal place for fishing on foot (shells of all kinds, shrimps ..., fishing (dorado ...) for canoeing, hiking (coastal path or forest (forest Cranou ) ...
The house faces south with which the windows made a clear and sunny house, double glazing in each room. The kitchen is modern with all the necessary, there is a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a fridge freezer coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, raclette, fondue and all necessary dishes . This kitchen is open on the dining room with fireplace, open to the living room with 2 seats, TV, DVD player, radio, internet and a toilet.
A beautiful staircase goes upstairs where there are 3 bedrooms:
a room with a bed 140, a dressing;
a room with a mezzanine bed 1 person (+ 6 years), 1 bed 1 person and a child's bed;
the 3rd bedroom with a sofa bed 140, an armchair and a small library. At disposal a workbook with all activities and sights nearby. The bathroom includes a large bathtub and separate shower from each other, a double lavabo- and toilets. There is a washing machine, a dryer an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner ...
Outside, along the length of the house, a terrace facing south, a barbecue, a garden. A garden surrounds the house, you can park several cars there. It's calm and absolute tranquility.
