Location is a bit inside , main safety concern is that there is only one caretaker who is sometimes not around or at the reception and so anyone can enter at the hotel as nobody’s at the main gate. Since the location is emoty and on non developed road it becomes unsafe to stay there and be fully dependent on caretaker , who does not really understand Hotel and guests concept and operates more emotionally without being customer centric, as he was not trained right. So it becomes difficult to communicate and explain. Also to trust him with the property.
