Fijne ligging, alles ziet er netjes en schoon uit en aardig personeel.

Het appartement waar wij in zaten en het appartement naast ons was alleen gescheiden met een deur, hierdoor konden we de buren heel goed horen en zij waren soms nog best luid.

The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean, and everything looked quite new. The location was also perfect, right in the city centre, which made it very convenient to explore Palermo.

Unfortunately, we had no hot water in the shower during our entire four-night stay, so we had to shower in ice-cold water every day. We informed the owner about the problem, but nothing was done to fix it. Strangely, one evening our terrace was flooded with hot water, so there may have been a leak or another issue with the water system. Another downside was that our room was on the top floor and there was no elevator, so we had to climb several flights of stairs every time we went to our room. We understand that the hotel is quite new and an elevator may still be planned, but the stairs were honestly exhausting. Our room was also not cleaned at any point during our four-night stay.
