La struttura è molto bella, in un palazzo signorile, dotata di tutti i comfort. È comodissima al centro, praticamente a pochi metri da una delle principali vie dí Palermo. Vicinissimo ci sono un’ottima pasticceria, una gran varietà di ristoranti e negozi. La signora Cristina che ci ha accolto e’ stata gentilissima. Mi ha indicato come e dove parcheggiare, ci ha fornito delle ottime indicazioni su cosa vedere e soprattutto dei buoni ristoranti dove mangiare. Li abbiamo testati tutti e posso confermare che ci siamo trovati veramente bene: ottimo cibo, ottimo vino e molta cordialità da parte dello staff.

Un punto negativo della struttura purtroppo è che in linea d’aria e’ vicino a Vuciria e il baccano (musica metallica + tam tam africani) ci è arrivato sino all’una di notte per 3 giorni su 4 in cui abbiamo soggiornato.

Super central location and very comfortable apartment with own terrace for seating.

Needs a kettle for heating water. Also you will hear music from bars nearby but the sound insulation is pretty good and it doesn't go on too late.

The family managing the home is friendly, communicative and helpful. We experienced a power outage and they helped right away to fix it. They were also helpful in organizing a taxi from the airport for us which was much appreciated! The apartment is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Location is great for exploring Palermo.

Note that on some days there is loud music from a club/event space nearby- and it lasts all day. The windows don’t fully shut out the noise, so good earplugs are recommended if you want to nap or rest during the day. Additionally, we tried to use a provided coffee machine, but this disrupted the electrical system and caused the circuit breaker to trip, so we had to purchase coffee at a cafe every day. Overall though we had a great stay, and the place is good value for money.
