The property was just what I wanted with a private bedroom and a bathroom. The bed was comfortable and there were no noises. Very peaceful. The owner met me for check in and to demonstrate the locking mechanism of the front door as they would not be there that night. One can tell they take good care of their home. The owner and wife were very kind and receptive. I am very pleased with my stay.
Booking.com had the address seemingly slightly off target so getting there was a bit more of an ordeal but incredibly the owner met me nearby where my taxi dropped me and took me to the property! There are apparently multiple Boulevards so taxi drivers can get confused.
