L'appartement est très bien situé, spacieux, bien équipé et comfortable. Les photos sont exactement comme la réalité. C'est aussi calme, malgré l'emplacement plutôt central.
Pour nous c'était assez surprenant que notre hôte habite dans l'appartement, quand ce n'est pas loué. De ce fait, il est bon à savoir qu'elle a ses affaires dans l'appartement (nous avions assez de place pour nos affaires, donc ce n'est pas négatif, juste bon à savoir) et qu'il faut prévoir un peu de temps au check-in et check-out pour les clés.
L'entrée du parking sous-terrain est très serré, du coup on ne conseillerais pas pour des voitures genres SUV ou une peu plus longues, mais il y a des places de parking à l'extérieur devant l'immeuble.
