the location and parking available outside in the street

to be honest it was quite disappointing, when we arrived the whole rug floor next to the bed was soaking wet (due to some issue with the pipes or shower), when we informed host know about it he basically answered "yes I know about the problem, we didn't want to cancel so we just kept going"!? tbh it would have been nice to get some kind of message beforehand or simply an apology afterwards. We know things like that can happen but it's always about how you communicate with guests about it.. It was noisy, you can basically hear the other guests on the hallway and rooms next to you. We didn't sleep well because of that noise, because the bed was not comfy and there was a bright green light on the ceiling which you couldn't turn off. The sold "kitchenette" is basically only a sink. Takes up lots of space and has no cooking availability nor fridge Would not recommend, maybe for one night since the price is ok but we didn't feel comfortable and the host didn't communicate
