Compact Apartment Near the Underground by Noclegi Renters

Positive things: - the location (and its surroundings) - the brightness of the flat (7th floor and no buildings blocking the view) - kitchen appliances & new bathroom - quietness of the place Overall the flat is 7.5/10

The bed is way too low and it was really uncomfortable. But the real issue was when we had to collect the key. I received the instructions (an explanatory video was even attached!) but it turned out that the key locker was not where it was shown in the video. I tried to contact the support but they did not pick up the call, at first. So I had to engage with (what I suppose it was) a chatbot. It kept me asking for pictures and videos of the place I was standing, but the chat itself was very useless. After 30 minutes, they finally picked the phone and the lady was nice enough to send a colleague to help me. The locker was - of course - located in another part of the courtyard.
