Tranquil garden hideaway in Gozo

It is important to bring earplugs if you want to get a good night’s sleep, as there is a lot of noise coming from upstairs. The upper part of the accommodation is a hotel’s common area, so there is frequent noise from chairs and tables being dragged, children shouting, and people talking. There is no air conditioning in the bedroom, which makes it quite hot. The air conditioning is only in the living room, but during the hot summer days in August, this can be quite uncomfortable. The shower holder is also broken and needs maintenance. When using the shower, there is a noticeable noise coming from the plumbing, especially when the water drains. On the positive side, the garden view was lovely and the host was very friendly and welcoming. However, overall, my experience staying at the property was somewhat uncomfortable. There is definitely room for improvement, and some maintenance and attention to the space would make the stay much more pleasant.
