The Sparrow House Kumbakonam 2BHK Ground Floor

We came from Europe as NRIs to spend quality time with family and chose this beautiful 2-bedroom “The Sparrow House” homestay so we could all stay together under one roof without worrying about cooking. It turned out to be a perfect choice! The host is friendly, professional and accommodating, with flexible check-in/check-out depending on room availability. The caretakers are wonderful and make delicious South Indian vegetarian tiffin and meals. The quantity, timing and choice of food are all discussed and catered to very well. There is also a grocery shop nearby for any quick needs. The house is spacious, clean, divine and beautifully located on the main road, opposite open fields, giving excellent ventilation. Both bedrooms have AC and the other areas have 2 fans, which were very useful in the current weather. The host also provided a reliable taxi contact. Clothes washing and outdoor drying facilities are available, making the stay very convenient. In short, a fantastic homestay for families, especially for family get-togethers and temple visits. Everything from food and transport to laundry is thoughtfully taken care of. A truly memorable stay. Many thanks to the host and caretakers for their wonderful hospitality! 🙏😊
