Executive Room in North York Centre

Location was excellent for my needs. Privacy, quiet, comfortable. Bed was comfortable, lovely private ensuite. Busy family settled in early evenings so did not interrupt my sleep.

Parking mix up a couple of times but owner very responsive to my needs. This could have been prevented with a little advance communication with other guests.

Host was extremely helpful and quick to response to any questions. Self-check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Separate level with fully equipped quest kitchen and dining area. Executive family rooms have private bathrooms. The bed was comfortable and overall, the room and guest house was quiet and peaceful.

Water pressure in the bathroom sink was low but the shower water pressure was fine. Aside from that, I can't think of anything.

The bed was really comfortable. Room was a good size. Close to the subway.

Breakfast available on a counter was instant coffee and instant noodles. Not really what is expected for an "Executive breakfast included" accomodation. A bit disappointing in this aspect.

The house is nice, the location is peaceful, and the beds were super comfy.

The doors can't be locked from the outside which means anyone can go into your room when you aren't there. It also means that if you're there with someone and the other person is asleep you have to wake them up if you leave so that they can lock the door. This is a massive issue! I was told there was free coffee however it was all decaf. The owners have lots of young children who live at the house which means lots of noise. The bath tub drain lock was broken so only showers were possible, no baths. The shower curtains were also kind of dirty.
